Shipping & FAQ

Exoticars Service Centre ensures to try keep all advertising items listed in stock so we are able to ship your order out to you within 24 hours of payment (Monday – Friday)

If any items may be out of stock at the time or we have a concern about your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss further. Occasionally it is not uncommon to have delays on orders due to stock levels, transportation and unforeseen circumstances out of our control. We will try our best to ensure we have your order out to you as fast as possible at all times.

Exoticars Service Centre will accept return of items purchased from normal stocked items within 7 days, excluding the cost of shipping unless the item was shipped in error by us. Special order items are non-refundable unless faulty or not in accordance with fair trade practices. If any products/goods are returns in a state inferior to when they were shipped out, we reserver the right to charge a restocking fee dependent on the condition of the item(s) returns.  There are no refunds on shipping.

All returned items will incur a 15% restocking fee for change of mind, unless otherwise agreed by us. Please email info@exoticars.com.au prior to returning any goods to request return authorisation or they may be rejected.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices shown are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST and exclude shipping or other charges. We reserve the right to discontinue products as necessary because of quality, availability, price or other reasons.
